We promote the show through direct mail, email, online & social media campaigns, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone calls to buyers and face-to-face promotion at many UK events. You can benefit from this extensive promotional campaign, as well as the show itself, and raise awareness of your company and products to trade buyers. We are working with our partners, to ensure great awareness to buyers within the surrounding catchment area.
It’s your chance to showcase your products and services to decision makers from:
- Food service and hospitality; caterers, cafés, guest houses, hotels and restaurants to holiday parks, takeaways and pubs.
- Retail outlets; delicatessens to farm shops and grocers, supermarkets to tourist attractions and independent stores.
- The public sector; from institutes such as schools, colleges and hospitals.
‘Book your stand with Confidence’ Covid-19 guarantee
You need to book into trade shows, to meet new customers and show off your latest products and services, but what happens if there’s a local lockdown and the show is postponed? None of us can insure against local Covid-19 related lockdowns.
Book into one of our 2021/2022 trade shows and we will limit your risk, in the case of a government enforced Covid-related postponement, to a maximum of 10% of your stand cost. We will offer this guarantee right up until the day before the show is due to open.
And in the case of a Covid-19 related postponement, we are also offering the transfer of the total of any deposit you have paid, to the next edition of the show, as an alternative.
You will of course need your own insurance to cover all other eventualities, as we cannot help with any other expenses you may incur should such a Covid-19 postponement occur, but we hope this helps you book into our 2021/2022 trade shows, with confidence.
